Hire for Change is Guided Employment Group's commitment to connecting the work we do with causes that matter. A portion of revenue from every placement made across the Guided group is directed toward initiatives in four areas – environmental sustainability, unemployment, health and disability support, and Indigenous community programs.

Supporting initiatives that protect our planet and promote sustainable practices for future generations. We believe the organisations and individuals we work with care about what kind of world they're building toward.
Reducing unemployment
Helping individuals who face significant barriers to employment develop the skills, confidence, and access they need to find meaningful work. Employment changes lives and not everyone starts from the same place.
Health, disability, veterans
Supporting organisations that improve health outcomes, champion disability inclusion, and assist veterans transitioning into civilian careers. These are communities that give a great deal and deserve genuine employment pathways in return.
Indigenous community advancement
Supporting initiatives that empower Indigenous Australians through employment pathways, community programs, and economic participation. Meaningful employment is one of the most direct routes to self-determination and community strength.
