Guided Employment Group Pty Ltd (ABN 54 618 169 350) (“Guided”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates guidedemploymentgroup.com (the “Site”), the corporate website for the Guided group of businesses, which includes GuidedTalent (specialist recruitment) and GuidedEmployment (job search and immigration assistance), together with other brands we may launch from time to time (each a “Guided Business”).
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this Site, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where you interact directly with a specific Guided Business - for example by submitting your CV to GuidedTalent, or booking a consultation with GuidedEmployment - that Guided Business’s own privacy policy will also apply, and should be read alongside this one.

Through this Site, we typically collect:
- Contact details - name, email address and phone number, where you contact us or subscribe for updates.
- Enquiry information - any details you provide when reaching out about our services, partnering with us, or general enquiries.
